Villarreal CF has welcomed the participating associations and centres in La Cerámica’s VIP area
Villarreal CF has officially launched the Endavant Igualtat 2025/26 programme with a warm and relaxed event held in the VIP area of the Estadio de la Cerámica.
The gathering marked the start of the coexistence sessions that will take place throughout the season. It brought together coaches and captains from the 11-a-side youth teams, representatives of the participating associations, members of Villarreal CF’s psychology department, and the head of the Endavant programme, Paloma Masó.
Endavant Igualtat, a pioneering project in youth football
Endavant Igualtat is a pioneering initiative by Villarreal CF that promotes education and personal development among academy players.
Through this project, the main Villarreal CF academy teams, as well as Villarreal Women’s first team, “sponsor” various special centres across the province of Castellón. The aim is to encourage empathy and awareness through enriching exchanges that foster the personal growth of both the footballers and the participants.
Since its creation in the 2015/16 season, the initiative has included season-long activities and regular visits, both to the associations’ facilities and to Villarreal CF’s training grounds. Whenever possible, members of the centres also attend matches to cheer on their teams at the Training Ground.
Participating centres and groups for the 2025/26 season:
